Go to https://my.avantgo.com/home/, log in and create a Custon Channel by clicking on the 'My Account' tab. The Title is 'Guyana Outpost - Mobile News to Go' and the Location is 'http://guyanaoutpost.com/news/mobile_news.html'. For now, you can set the maximum channel size as low as 50 kB, link depth to 0 and select 'Include Images'.
