Kedgeree Ingredients ½ lb cooked fish ½ pt rice 2 oz margarine ½ tsp chopped parsley Salt and pepper 1 tsp curry powder Nutmeg, a little 1 hard-boiled egg Preparation Cook the rice. Remove the skin and bones from the fish and flake the flesh. Melt the margarine. Add the fish, rice and seasoning and mix thoroughly. Pile neatly on a dish. Garnish with sliced egg and chopped parsley.
