Ingredients

½ lb cooked fish
½ pt rice
2 oz margarine
½ tsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 tsp curry powder
Nutmeg, a little
1 hard-boiled egg

Preparation

  • Cook the rice.
  • Remove the skin and bones from the fish and flake the flesh.
  • Melt the margarine.
  • Add the fish, rice and seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  • Pile neatly on a dish.
  • Garnish with sliced egg and chopped parsley.
